Your data is shared within the SpotOrigin marketplace only as necessary to provide the Service:

• To Agents: Candidate profiles, including resumes and contact information, are made available to verified Agents on the platform for the purpose of matching them with job openings.
• To Companies: An Agent may share a Candidate's information with a Company after identifying a potential match for a specific job opening. We do not operate a public resume database.

We will not share your personal information with any third party outside of this core service without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
